Kabbalah versus Christian Charismatic Concept

One of my close social media friends, asked me to teach what authentic Kabbalah is. And after all this time, I chatted with her, I just realized what the difference is between Kabbalah and Christian Charismatic. Indeed, even though it looks quite controversial, this is one thing that is very interesting to talk about. What a coincidence, the church that is currently giving me the opportunity to grow, is actually not Christian Charismatic, but has converted to Christian Charismatic Movement, similar but not the same. Of course, few people understand what Christian Charismatic Movement is. OK, here I will share some similarities that are quite clear between the views of Christian Charismatic and the Kabbalah that I have been studying.

 

               First, Kabbalah places great emphasis on the relationship between the Creator and mankind. Likewise with Charismatic Christian, which has always been known as the concept of having an intimate relationship with God. If Kabbalah says it is the Congregation of Israel, Malchut, then in  Christian Charismatic it is the Bride of Christ or the body of Christ. Kabbalah defined it as a union between Zeir Anpin and Malchut, and Christian Charismatic teaches the existence of an intimate relationship.

               Second, authentic Kabbalah teaching also places great emphasis on the manifestation of G‑d, so that awareness of the Shechinah or the Presence of God Himself also becomes one of the basic steps for awareness of the presence or manifestation of the Divine. Likewise, Christian Charismatic always emphasize being aware of God's presence which always begins and is in the hearts of every one of us who believe, and we can feel His presence at every time and place.

               Third, authentic Kabbalah teaching also teaches meditation. However, some people realize that in Christian Charismatic there is also "Soaking Prayer" or "Soaking Worship". It is called soaking, because sometimes God's presence can be felt like flowing water. And the both had the same methods.

               Fourth, the teachings of Kabbalah also teach that every sound is mystical, Zeir Anpin. And Zeir Anpin will be very touched by Malchut, because of the voice she has. Likewise, Christians Charismatic always emphasize praise and worship, in order to attract God's presence and invite the Divine to live with us.

               Well, for now, I will share some of this, and of course I will also go on about the many similarities between Kabbalah Christian Charismatic. Actually, without me realizing it, it was Christian Charismatic teaching that made me fall in love with Kabbalah. And in my opinion, there is nothing more truly similar than Christian Charismatic teaching to Kabbalah.

The Secret Of Ein Sof

  Ein Sof is the only source of light that exists in the entire universe, and Ein Sof is the only light that divides and becomes ten parts, namely each sfirot of the Tree of Life. Ein Sof literally means Eternal, Unlimited, Endless Life. In Kabbalah, Ein Sof spiritually has the meaning of Ein, which is the head, and Sof, which is the end. So that it gives birth to the meaning of "The First and the Last". Ein Sof is the name of the Creator himself, which means "Endless", and at the same time, "He is the First and the Last", in all the processes of His creation. And we are humans who are sparks of the light of Ein Sof, and in the end we who live in His light will get eternal life (Ein Sof). In the process of creation, Ein Sof was incubated by the earth, giving birth to the Kabbalah Tree of Life. And the other name of Ein Sof is Atik Yomin that has means The Ancient Day. Tetragramaton In Kabbalah

Some of people has question what’s that Tetragramaton, and if we see and read on the Book Zohar, so we will find that there’s any much more the words or sentences were written with capital letter. The Tetragramaton sometimes has called as the Tetragram. And in the Tetragramatom is countained  the “Tree Of Life” or Sfirot.  And Tetragamaton just contains 4 letter, namely Y-H-V-H, Yud-Hei-Vav-Hei, or shortly just 3 letters, Y-H-V, Yod Hei Vav. In Kabbalah, each letters of Y-H-V-H contained the different sfirot. And Y-H-V-H is Zeir Anpin. Yud is Chesed, Hei is Gvurah, Vav is Tiferet, and the second Hei is Malchut. And in Tetrtagramaton is the same with Avraham (Chessed), Yitzhak (Gvurah), and Jacob (Tiferet). In Tetragramaton we find the 4 worlds, Atzilut (Yud), Briah (Hei), Yetzirah (Vav), Asiyah (Hei), and 4 the journey of soul, Fire (Yod), Water (Hei), Air (Vav), Earth (Malchut).
