As humans we live and we surely know, we understand very well, that we need the resting time. However, we do not only need time to rest for the body, but also for our spiritual life. So, what is it like, and what does it mean to rest for our spiritual body? Each day, it's not only the physical body that requires sufficient energy, but we also have a spiritual body which also has a very important role in our physical body. When a human is sleeping very deep, humans will dream and come into the world of spiritual. The dream world in Kabbalah is not just fantasy and imagination world, but it's a part of the spiritual journey. Every time he falls asleep, dreams are one of the clear proofs, that the human's soul is traveling to meet his Creator. So when someone is asleep tight, actually someone has rest their physical body, but not their spiritual body. And because of that too, one needs to learn how to face one's own death, when he faces the world of dream.  Then, what is r...

 Alright, for the beginner the 72 names of God is really really so interesting things in Kabbalah. But before we deeper what’s the 72 names of God, we need to know the history from Book Zohar, in Parshah Beshalach, the Parshah of 17th, point from 170 until 206. And this parshah is one of my favourite parshah on Zohar. Each time I read it, I always feel the energy as the ocean waves. And the behind history of the 72 names of God, the begin first from the Mosheh went to Sinai Mount to get the tablet of 10 Commandments. And there, the Moshe faces the Metatron and Sandalphon between the any clouds, at the Sinai Mount. True, it was really really spiritual and mystical experience. And before the Moshe got the tablets of 10 commandments, he found the 72 letter, to save him from the wrath of the angels. And we read much more in Parshah Beshalach. Maybe, in this section the last about the meditation. Here, I still share some of my experiences, and I believe, for some people, it's not always the same experience, but please no sorrow. Cause the spiritual journey for everyone is need the process, and time to grow. The first thing that I will always feel, sometimes if I can come into the spiritual world, I see the blue sky. So more come into the high place, more behold the blue sky that is so clean and so clear, without the clouds or mist. And the lower grade, more find the clouds everywhere, and to see the blue sky is harder. The second, I always smell some fragrance or scent, such as flowers, herbs, etc. The third, this one I always experience the most. What I declared, as my both ears can hear the some echoing so clearly. Every time I get this experience like this, I always declare what I desire for people and the universe, last but not least, for myself. The meditation in Kabbalah is not like eastern meditation, but in Kabbalah the meditation is the pathway to get connection with the Creator Of Light, and we can find His light and so we can manifest His light to the entire world. And through the meditation, we can repair the connection with His light. In Kabbalah, the person does meditation to can activate the light. And as before I shared about the best time to meditate, so here at this section I will share the some simple way to meditate. First, the most recommended is at the dawn time, or night before morning. You can read again at the before section. Second, find the place that really so calm and quiet, and so rare to visit with any people. Both the day or night. Cause it will I give impact the energy you feel and you find in the spiritual atmosphere. And if I personally, I always choose the place that so quiet and far from crowd. In this section, I just want to share one of the most favorite times for me. But long before speaking about that time, I will share one of the beautiful connections of Light in Kabbalah. And even I remember sometimes, the most romantic connection I've ever known this year, Nukva And Zeir Anpin. One of the beautiful connections of Light is between Nukva and Zeir Anpin. In Kabbalah, the moon is Nukva, because the moon is corresponder of Light. The moon can't be light at night, if the sun doesn't send the light. And the sun in Kabbalah is Zeir Anpin. Zeir Anpin is heaven, and the sun is the receiver of Light. Sometimes, the sun in Kabbalah has the meaning of Spiritual as The Creator, and the moon or Nukva is the Congregation Of Yisrael, meaning the entire world. And through this theosophy, in Kabbalah it is said that The creator cannot live without the world, cause He desires to share His love and His bestowing.
